• Straight Trucks : (Owner-Op Only)

26 Foot box with functioning liftgate is required

• Class 8 Semis / Tractor-Trailers : (Team Company Drivers & Solo/Team Owner-Op)

53 Foot Dryvans, Refrigerated trailers, Flatbeds, Conestogas, Stepdecks, Lowboys, RGN Trailers, etc.

• *All hires require insurance approval

Compensation

Company Drivers

• Varies based on assigned account.

• For the first 90 days, base rate to the driver. This will be increased to the full rate after passing 90 days available for dispatch. This is split between drivers for a team operation.

• Compensation negotiable on a case-by-case basis.

Sign-On Bonus*

• $2,000.00 for CDL Class A holders with license in good standing, having a minimum of 2 years class A experience and are willing and able to obtain a valid TWIC card, Hazmat endorsement & class certification immediately as part of the onboarding process.

• $3,000.00 for CDL Class A holders with 2 or more years of class A experience, a valid TWIC Card, Hazmat endorsement & class certification, and is qualified to work on our Federal contracts.

• License must be in good standing to qualify. Sign-On bonus will be paid out in quarterly installments, with the first payment to be issued on the payroll occurring after the end of the 3rd month following driver becoming available for dispatch. Must maintain continuous employment & work a minimum of 9 weeks per quarter to receive bonus payments.

• *At the discretion of the safety department; accidents, damage to company, customer, and/or vendor, property, & criminal acts may make driver ineligible for bonuses in part or in whole.

• *Some exceptions may apply to requirements to receive bonus payments. Such as illness, family emergencies, etc. Sign-On bonus payments subject to applicable company policies.

Owner-Operators & Fleet Operators*

For the first 90 days, 80% of weekly gross to the owner of the vehicle. This will be increased to 90% after passing 90 days available for dispatch.

Fuel, Insurance, & Tolls will be deducted from settlements.

*Negotiable on a case-by-case basis.

Non-CDL

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Clean criminal record

• Acceptable MVR & PSP record

• Other requirements as needed

CDL Class : A

• Must be 23 years of age or older

• Verifiable Class A driving experience;

  • 1. 1. At minimum; 24 months in the last 3 years of CDL Class A OTR, Regional, Local or for the same/similar type of driving work individual(s) are applying for

       2. Must Pass Background Checks, PSP and MVR Report

       3. This Is A Team Driver Position

• Verifiable open deck work experience (If applying for this type of position)

At least 6 months in the last 2 years is preferred, may be able to provide on the job training.

• Clean criminal record

Other Qualifications

• Able to pass federal DOT Physical and Drug Screen

• No alcohol related offenses in the past 7 years

• No more than one moving violation in the past 12 months, No more than two in the last 36 months

• No DOT preventable, recordable accidents within the past 12 months, no more than 1 in the past 36 months

• No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 10 years

• No history of hit-and-run, leaving the scene of an accident, or other similar offenses

• No abandonment of company or customer property, equipment, cargo, etc. in the past 36 months
