53 Foot Dryvans, Refrigerated trailers, Flatbeds, Conestogas, Stepdecks, Lowbows, RGN Trailers, etc..

Compensation
Company Drivers
Varies based on assigned account.
For the first 90 days, base rate to the driver. This will be increased to the full rate after passing 90 days available for dispatch. This is split between drivers for a team operation.
Compensation negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
Sign-On Bonus*
$2,000.00 for CDL Class A holders with license in good standing.
$3,000.00 for CDL Class A holders with valid TWIC Card, Hazmat endorsement & class certification, and is qualified to work on our Federal contracts.
License must be in good standing to qualify. Sign-On bonus will be paid out in quarterly installments, with the first payment to be issued on the payroll occuring after the end of the 3rd month following driver becoming available for dispatch. Must maintain continuous employement & work a minimum of 9 weeks per quarter to recieve bonus payments.
*At the discretion of the safety dept; accidents, damage to company, customer, and/or vendor, property, & criminal acts may make driver ineligible for bonuses in part or in whole.
*Some exceptions may apply to requirements to recieve bonus payments. Such as, illness, injuries, family emergencies, etc.
Owner-Operators & Fleet Operators*
For the first 90 days, 80% of weekly gross to the owner of the vehicle. This will be increased to 90% after passing 90 days available for dispatch.
*Negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
Non-CDL
Must be 21 years of age or older
Clean criminal record
Acceptable MVR & PSP record
Other requirements as needed
CDL Class : A
Must be 23 years of age or older
Verifiable Class A driving experience;
At minimum; 12 months in the last 3 years of OTR, Regional, Local or for the same/similar type of driving work individual(s) are applying for
Teams with a combined 2 years experience meet this requirement
May make exception if willing to team drive for training & experience. This is dependant on insurance approval and trainer availibilty.
We do have one contracted customer that requires a minimum of 2 years experience per driver. We will not be able to place you on that account if you do not meet this requirement in addition to their in house vetting process.
Verifiable open deck work experience (If applying for this type of position)
At least 6 months in the last 2 years is preferred, may be able to provide on the job training.
Clean criminal record
Good MVR and PSP
Other Qualifications
Able to pass federal DOT Physical and Drug Screen
No alcohol related offenses in the past 5 years
No more than one moving violation in the past 12 months, No more than two in the last 36 months
No DOT preventable, recordable accidents within the past 12 months, no more than 1 in the past 36 months
No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 36 months
No history of hit-and-run, leaving the scene of an accident, or other similar offenses in the past 5 years
No abandonment of company or customer property, equipment, cargo, etc in the past 36 months
